Cancellations
Don't you dislike that rush feeling? Please be on time or arrive 15 minutes before your class. Arrivals after 15 minutes of the scheduled class time will not be allowed to enter. We appreciate it and so do others, besides we want you to actually learn and really have fun.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all private lessons. Dancers who do not cancel their scheduled lesson within 24 hours will be charged the full amount for a lesson. If you have a package, a private lesson will be deducted from the purchased package. Please let us know if something comes up.
Group Lessons:
All group class packages expire within two (2) months from the first class attended.
Couples Rates:
Couples rates are intended just for that extra incentive to come together! If one person out of the expected twosome attends, then that lesson will be deducted as a whole. Missed lessons can not be made up or credited.
Private Lessons:
All private lesson packages expire within six (6) months of the first private attended. Some allowances may be applied.
Free Group Lessons:
Free lessons included in private packages are there for you while the package is active. Free lessons can not be used after a package has ended or has not been renewed. Make sure to indulge in your free group lessons!
Sales:
All sales are final and non-refundable. In the event of a verifiable emergency, lessons used will be prorated to the published single rate minus a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee.
